International Investment Summit 2021

The International Investment Summit 2021 Bangladesh was successfully managed by ZANALA Bangladesh Ltd.

This fruitful two-day event was the result of 68 days of planning, strategizing, and coordinating with IFC and the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA). The summit was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, who joined the ceremony virtually. All the plenary sessions were attended by the Hon'ble ministers, distinguished guests and foreign delegates. The closing ceremony was concluded by our Hon'ble Finance Minister A H M Mustafa Kamal, FCA.

More than 100 individuals worked tirelessly behind the scenes to put together this hybrid-first-of-its-kind event in Bangladesh, which drew 3000 people in person and more than 2800 people from 54 countries through a live virtual platform. We implemented a highly automated, seamless registration system, which will allow for even greater technical integration in event management, aligning with our objective of digitizing every part of our country. This was the first event to have a data analytics generating system set up, which meant we were able to collect real-time data from every participant who was online during the event.

For the event, more than 40 design materials were delivered, including a thematic video, 14 sectoral videos, 3 key person interview videos, a logo animation, and two event videos. All of this could have been made possible by a tremendously hardworking and dedicated team who volunteered their time for many sleepless nights and executed each and every task with defined perfection..
