Job Description
Your responsibility would be to assist the Managers to manage multiple clients and ensure the task of each client is being managed in time with prescribed quality. Of course, your seniors will be there with you and the creative team will support you to complete your task. You need to have a clear understanding of client needs through consultations and clear communication to discover opportunities of more business. Being a member of client service team you will also have to coach and develop the other team members as well.

Job Requirements
At least 3 years’ professional experience in client servicing / account management / marketing / in an agency Excellent communication skills Must have completed a business degree with an emphasis on Marketing / Advertising, or have completed a training. Experience in writing briefs & creating marketing/strategy plans and budgets. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer service Ability to provide tracking and reporting across clients and their individual projects Business Communication skills with excellent authority on presentation applications (PowerPoint, Keynote etc.) will have added advantage You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs And last but not the least love and passion for advertising/communication Smart & Well Communicative Fluent in both English & Bengali Ability to work under pressure Good team-working skills
