Minimum 8 years of experience in client handling in any reputable agency. Ensure exceptional customer service and managing client accounts with a focus on building long-term relationships. Conduct in-depth research on clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets. Schedule and attend client briefings, as well as debrief planning sessions with the creative team. Coordinate brainstorming sessions to develop strategy frameworks. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure regular content and campaign delivery. Proficient in providing tracking and reporting across clients and their projects. Perform other associated tasks as required by the team over time. Possess strong business communication skills Excellent presentation skills in both languages. Flexibility with work hours based on business needs. Demonstrate a genuine love and passion for advertising and communication.
